How word counts work
Nexus AI measures AI-generated output in AI words — each word the AI produces counts toward your monthly allowance.- Free plan — You receive 500 AI words per calendar month. This resets on the same date each month. Once your allowance is used, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to continue generating content.
- Premium and Ultimate plans — Word generation is unlimited. You can write as much as you need without hitting a cap or being charged extra.
Word counts apply to AI-generated text only. Editing your own content in the editor, uploading files, or using the Chatbot for short queries does not consume your word allowance.
Payment methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Nexus AI accepts the following payment methods:- Visa

Upgrading or downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard:- Log in at app.mynexusai.com.
- Navigate to Settings → Billing.
- Select Change Plan and choose your new plan.
- Confirm the change and update your payment details if required.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your Nexus AI subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription inside your dashboard. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free tier. All documents and files you created while on a paid plan are retained in your account after cancellation. You won’t lose your content — you’ll simply be limited to the Free plan’s word allowance and feature set going forward.Frequently asked questions

Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and all previously created documents remain accessible in your account after cancellation.

Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Nexus AI never stores your raw card or payment details — Stripe processes and encrypts all transactions in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. You can also pay via PayPal for an additional layer of separation between your bank details and the transaction.
