How to use the AI Writer
Open the AI Writer
Log in to Nexus AI and select AI Writer & Editor from your dashboard.
Choose a mode
Select the mode that matches your goal:
- Write — start from scratch with a prompt
- Rewrite — paste existing content and improve it
- Paraphrase — rephrase text while keeping the meaning intact
Enter your prompt or paste your text
Type a detailed prompt describing what you want to write, or paste the content you’d like to rewrite or paraphrase. The more context you provide, the better the output.
Review and refine in the editor
Once Nexus AI generates the content, use the inline editor to adjust wording, restructure paragraphs, or change the tone to match your voice.
Export options
The AI Writer supports three export formats, all with zero formatting loss:- PDF — ready-to-share documents that preserve layout and typography
- Microsoft Word (.docx) — fully editable files compatible with Word and Google Docs
- HTML — clean markup ready to paste directly into a CMS or web page
