Billing cycle
You can choose to be billed monthly or annually:- Monthly billing — Pay each month and change your plan at any time.
- Annual billing — Pay upfront for a full year and save compared to the monthly rate. Annual plans are billed in a single charge at the start of each billing year.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan
You can change your plan at any time from your Starhost dashboard:- Log in to mystarhost.com and go to Account → Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the plan you want to move to and confirm.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Starhost subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees:- Go to Account → Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- Your subscription is cancelled and will not renew.
If you cancel and later want to reactivate your account, you can log back in and choose a new plan. Your sites may still be recoverable during the grace period.

What happens if I cancel?
Your sites stay live and fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period. Once the period ends, your account becomes inactive. Your files are held for a grace period — log back in and resubscribe to restore access before the grace period expires.
