# Nexus AI for Teams: Shared Workspaces and Collaboration

> Invite your team to Nexus AI and collaborate in shared workspaces. Share documents, manage members, and use AI tools together on Premium or Ultimate plans.

Nexus AI Teams lets you bring your whole organisation into a single, shared workspace. Instead of working in isolation, your team can collaborate on documents, share files, chat in real time, and access powerful AI tools together — all from one place. Teams is available on **Premium** and **Ultimate** plans.

## Setting up a team

  Teams require a **Premium** or **Ultimate** plan. [View pricing and plan options](https://app.mynexusai.com) before getting started.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to the Teams section">
    Log in to your [Nexus AI dashboard](https://app.mynexusai.com) and click **Teams** in the left-hand navigation menu.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create your team">
    Click **Create Team** if this is your first time, or **Invite Members** to add people to an existing team. Give your team a name that reflects your organisation or project.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite team members">
    Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. Each person will receive an invitation email with a link to join your Nexus AI workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign roles">
    Choose a role for each member:

    * **Admin** — full access to workspace settings, member management, and all shared content
    * **Member** — access to shared documents, tools, and team chat, with standard editing permissions
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share workspaces and documents">
    Once members have joined, start sharing workspaces, documents, and files. Use the **Share** button on any document or workspace to control who can view or edit it.
